Our most economic plan includes:

  • Initial strip and recoat of sales floor
  • Sweep, scrub and spot mop sales floor
  • Sweep and mop restroom floors, plus surface clean fixtures
  • Sweep and mop break room once a week
Includes everything in the Bronze Plan plus:

  • Two deep scrub/recoats per year
  • Two restroom deep clean/pressure wash treatments per year
  • Buff sales floor twice a week
Includes everything in the Bronze Plan plus:

  • Four deep scrub/recoats per year
  • Four restroom deep clean/pressure wash treatments per year
  • Buff sales floor three times a week

Whether it’s floor care, deep cleans, strip and recoat, pressure washing, concrete polishing or a combination of all the above, we will be happy to create a custom service plan that is efficient, economic, and satisfies the business requirements that are most important to you.

We offer a variety of specialized before and after cleaning services:

  • Corporate sales conferences
  • Soft or grand openings
  • Gala events

We also bid on commercial jobs such as large strip and recoat or pressure washing projects. Send us your RFP or contact us for more information.

We will schedule a free onsite consultation to meet with business leaders in your organization. We will listen carefully to your needs and provide you with an honest assessment of your facility and how we can help.

We will discover what may be causing areas of dissatisfaction for your customers and we will make specific recommendations for improving store quality and creating the optimal customer experience.

Service Plan FAQ

Are there additional costs or hidden fees?

No. Once you sign up for a Premier Floor Care Service plan, everything is included in the low monthly fee.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. You can cancel with a 30-day written notice.

Note: If a service has already been provided to you, e.g., a strip/recoat, the cost of that service must be paid in full before termination of your contract.

Can I change my plan at any time?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your service plan at any time. The difference in cost will be pro-rated to the next billing period.

Do you have service plans for pressure washing?

Yes. We can create a custom service plan that includes regularly scheduled pressure washing for your facility.
